Come to find out that RTO isn’t the same for everyone. In Hopkinton if you are senior Director or above reporting to an SVP you get an office that is a permanent location.
Us peons need to scramble for space. Who makes these policies?!? Why wouldn’t it be nobody gets a permanent space.

There are permanent offices at Dell? There used to be assigned cubicles, but never offices.
SVPs would sometimes claim conference rooms as private and then never use them... But I never saw anyone get an actual office, just cubes in the cube farm days.
MJ has a permanent office in 176.. that says it all if you know how often he comes up.

This has been the case since RTO started last spring with the loose 3 days if youre within an hour guideline. I doubt it will change now.
