I left a month ago for lower pay but a better culture and work-life balance. I'm loving it.

AT&T managers are stressed, have body oder, bunches of wart mo--s on their face. Overweight stomachs and rears. They usually go to the bathroom in their pants also.
Leaving soon also, was hoping for a layoff so I could get severance. The side hustle took off and I’m doing far better doing that than working here. Time to leave and focus on that full time.

I too am loving it! I also now work at a great company with great team mates. But no more stress and anxiety about AT&T and if I will be laid off. Ha. It already happened. So I got my severance also on top of better compensation. The best thing AT&T did was lay me off.
It’s ok, you’ll make up the pay one way or another, and enjoy your life. AT&T managers are miserable and want the people that report to them miserable also. They don’t get much more than most skilled jobs anyway. I retired with the extra $50G buyout plus Sipp during covid. My avionics job is related to my military experience prior to the phone company job and pays well. Good luck
Welcome to Walmart.
Me too but for higher pay, higher bonus, and $50k of stocks at great company with great culture. Cherry on top: got my severance from AT&T
Glad for you. We will be right behind you!
Yet you still come here.
Burger King. Always hiring.
Lower pay. That's a rough step to take with the cost of everything being up. Good luck.
Congratulations!
Where'd you go, and are they hiring?
