What are you talking about? We have multiple multi year volume commitments from two of the big three for small cells?

None of the big 3 mobile carriers have signed a contract with Crown. And don’t even mention fiber. Even with those contracts, we still won’t recoup the spent capital and Elliott will get rid of the fiber all together.

This is three years in the making. Crown should have taken corrective actions back in 2020 when Eliot first called out their fiber strategy. It does not necessarily mean fiber and small cell will be sold, it probably means that there will be significant changes at the least. Fiber and small cells have always been mismanaged, that being said there is a lot of room for improvement. A lot of other companies have found it to be profitable. Is it worth it to find out under better leadership? Maybe, I guess we will see…

Yes it's starting. Towers will never be competitive in the international market with our competitors having an 8 year head start, and with Crown Castle not having any local knowledge in those international markets. So CCI being just a tower company again is a pipe dream. Realistically our tower, small cell, and fiber assets will all be sold off piece by piece, and we'll be working for another company soon (best case scenario for those who have knowledge to manage our assets).
Just do it quickly. Enough of the bs already. Everyone knows you are selling it so do it already. You got us into this mess EMT so before you leave with your millions

The regional teams are happy because we were told yesterday that we signed a lot of contracts with our customers and no more layoffs. In fact, the regional teams are hiring like crazy!!!
To @lsc+1qaTNCXc, can’t the exact same be said of both Clown Castle’s EMT with their last RIF decision and that of Elliott? No long term concern for the lives/families affected. It’s all about the profits dude, right? It’s the greed of corporate America. You either adjust and play the game or get left in the dust. So sad! More changes are coming!
If you just want blood from the C-Suite, maybe it's a good thing. Otherwise, this isn't going to be a good thing for your livelihood unless maybe you have a huge amount of stock or something. These people care about the return on their investment, nothing more. Not your job, your family, your community, or some idea of a "once great company".
