It is not if there is a 2024 layoff, rather it is a matter of when. Biannual layoffs are consistent... a matter of how deep.

@voo+1qcW4kJ6, as you work in sales in EMEA, you know there is a CSG org reporting up to JG, not into sales, although they are considered sales & marketing.
I work in sales in Emea and we sell CSG and ISG.
So while I appreciate your Christmas well wishing I also think you are talking nonsense and may have a few Christmas drinks on board.
If layoffs come who knows who will be cut?
