GS is the worst ran group. They are trying to be part of global projects and don’t have a clue or any engineering people so they scream and yell to make a point and get their way.
You have no idea how bad the GS leadership has been. Doubtful the new leadership will be as awful... seriously, you have no clue how many people quit or were abused under the former GS manager. I'm glad to hear something is being done.
Sites arent supporting anything due to id--ts in management positions. More than likely upper management has to step in and remove the option of compliance due to these id--ts.
This has been the rumor, we will see - its reorg after reorg…
OP, if it's "new leadership" it's bad. That simple. Look for another job now.
