For lead level
@flz+1qey6qLw For what level
The company has historically been fair if not outright generous with severance packages including resume and job counseling to healthcare and related benefits. Zero clue what they will be offering this time around. And while being let go never feels right, I am near-confident that the packages will exceed market and corporate industry standards. Then again, nike is a different company these days and under different leadership, so I could be mistaken.
2 weeks pay for year of employment is what they did in the 2020 round of layoffs.
@yml+1qey6qLw higher, and generous. Nike does take care of people financially better than most brands
@goh+1qey6qLw can you at least say it is higher or lower than these quoted amounts in these threads?
Thank you
Don’t want to put myself but was laid off a few weeks ago and my severance is much different than everything being quoted. Others who were laid off as well. It’s not consistent and there is no formula from what I can tell
Shouldn't be different from team to team but based on your leveling. Director level through VP I believe get 4 weeks per year, Manager/Sr Manager level 3 weeks and assistant/lead level 2. Most signing letters when you started state severance comp.
Severance differs from team to team??
Impossible to know. Each team budgets differently tbh, and each layoff round is also different. The numbers being quoted on these threads are way different than others I know during the rounds in December.
2 mons + 2 weeks per year
