After years of unnecessarily overworking myself, I've limited my weeks to 40 hours, I stopped stressing if things were not done in time, and I stopped caring if I made my boss look bad. Being in his good graces never gave me anything so I simply don't give a damn anymore. And I'm doing good. Collecting my check and enjoying life. You should all try it.

You’re a year late to the game. You should be working less than 30 hours a week by now, and if you managed to stick around til next year, you can cut down to 20.
