Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

INFOR

Rolled out in San Diego last week - training gets an “F”. We have a 2 - 3 hour meeting ever shift to try and figure out our time…still don’t know what we are doing… end up spending 4-5 hours just getting 8 hours on the time sheet and everything else is a mess…we don’t have time to work because we are working on our time sheet!!!

Ask your Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a call with 2 or 3 techs and an area manager. They don’t know how Infor works either, but they will bring a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the call who knows what they are doing. After they show you, you will say, “That is a not easy way to do it, but we get it now.” It’s poorly built, but once you fake it out, it kind of works.

Same here in the South West. Ain't it great? Don't complain, it will not do you any good. Smile, cash checks and if your check is light due to this boondoggle, then reach out (https://www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/flsa)

I'll spend 8 hours turning a sc--w driver the wrong direction if AT&T tells me that is what is required.
I didn't cause this, I can't fix this.
God Bless AT&T and their incompetence.

The training said just push the buttons
So easy
Production going up
NOT
Turned ya into clock watchers
Log out from lunch 1 minute late spend an hour trying to fix it
Log out from work 1 minute late
Spend rest of next day trying to fix that
Work a DIF shift try to figure out if you are supposed to log a lunch or not
