dell is going to be 80k 24months and once AI is well - 40k employees
I work in sales in Emea and try as we hard as we can.Targets are nowhere near getting achieved.
At this stage it would be impossible to avoid a massive WFR in the new year.Unless a miracle happens cuts have to be on the horizon.
Dell cannot keep struggling through and not reduce headcount.
It really is that simple.
