I’ve been with WF since the beginning and I’ve seen it all. When I say I’ve seen it all I mean the good bad and ugly. This is the worse I’ve seen it. I’ve seen many good people leave and some trying to hang on. Truth be told I don’t see WF staying around for to much longer. At least not like this. The people we hire don’t stick around and the good help is leaving. Soon the metrics will be pointless because the next generation of workers won’t do the job properly. Store leadership is scared and paranoid it’s funny to see them run around with frustration. They lack all the skills it takes to be a leader and most of them were bullied as kids trying to relive life as a bully now. Most don’t have people skills and are obsolete. They like to laugh a lot at nothing almost like the joker. You’ll just hear laughter I guess from what I read it’s a way to ease tension. At the end of the day every game can be won if you play it right. Bad thing is most people are losers these days. Good luck and remember life is a mountain to climb. No need for store leadership at this point team leaders can run the store off the PowerPoints and weekly visits From the EL.

ASTL's are a burden on payroll. Not needed at all. Most are very, very lazy too. They just hang out and tell people what to do. They think they know how to do everything until the time comes for them to actually do it. Their only purpose is to be the ones to get laid off instead of the STL when layoffs comes around the corner. I cannot find another reason for having them around.

My team just got a new one at our store. Transferred from a different store which I'm sure that store was glad to be rid of him. D-mb as an ox. Looks like one too. Claims he has all kinds of experience at WF although nothing he does or says makes sense. When ask why we have to do something a certain way (which did not make sense), his answer is that's just the way it is and it is above his pay grade to explain why. OMG!

Saw many astls apply 4-7 times for stl position n no luck. N external comes , gets the job, n has no clue wat to do 😂 purge coming to the astls.

I hope the a/stls are next. Bunch of lazy group. Stl push for bonus metrics n nothing else. Astls do bare minimum. Its a reason why sales dropping, morale dwn the gutter, hires from outside are a joke for any leadership position Astls cant move up LOL

My store leadership. The protect their favorites beyond belief. Heaven forbid if you stand up for yourself against their favorites.

Haven't heard anything but I would assume so. The goal is to run at bare bones crews and anyone that says otherwise is a liar. It's only going to get worse do yourself a favor and put time in with another job that will most likley pay better. No point in holding on unless you are a higher paid TM who has been with the company a long time.
