As a male, the downvotes and pathetic comments from (obviously) men are awful. “Nike takes these allegations seriously - get therapy” - spoken like someone who should’ve been fired years ago but got away with it, truly. And sees their id--t selves as the victim.
To OP, I hope you are okay and am sorry these people su-k. And that you follow the helpful advice below. Take care of yourself and don’t let the negativity stop you from doing what you need to.
I agree with 2tnx, why so many downvotes? I’m assuming it’s men but I could be wrong. Until you’ve been through it, you can’t understand the devastating impact. For those of you that disagree, take a minute, and imagine this happening to you or someone you love. My ex and brothers did not understand until years later after seeing the aftermath. This sh-t can be devastating and life changing. It’s no joke. Please don’t minimize it. As for Nike, so disgusting that you don’t eradicate it with harsh punishment. Nike is the old military standard; don’t ask and don’t tell.
I'm just curious: why did the OP's post get so many downvotes? I was at Nike long enough to see people being fired for s-xual harassment. I even saw some of this happening myself. It happens.
The fact that this post was downvoted, likely by former and current Nike employees, tells me that you are part of the problem.

Document everything, screenshot everything and keep a personal diary with dates and times and vivid details. Document EVERYTHING!!! This saved my a-s. I never gave the full details, as they were so disgusting. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Reach out to someone you trust to hold your hand. You’ll need that. Fu-k. God bless! I have also been in this situation. They protect the VPs, if this is a VP situation. OP, PLEASE seek help and legal counsel. I was so fu---d up emotionally and mentally; I didn’t. I 100% regret it now. I didn’t understand what was happening to me. Then it got too deep and dark. It was too late then. Don’t STFU!!!! You’re not alone. Don’t let them bully you into STFU, like they did me. 10 years later and I’m still fu---d up.
@lsx you clearly have never been in this kind of situation at Nike. I have. They do the bare minimum to protect the victim and go above & beyond to keep it all a secret to protect the company. If the perpetrator is a male VP they are virtually untouchable and Nike will stand by them until the bitter end.
