Anyone heard if we are getting another 3 percent this year again? If so that would be awesome! Havent heard a single word. Do raises go into affect feb 1st?

Official inflation rate is 3-4%, unofficial actual inflation rate is closer to 10-30% depending on the category of consumables... How, just HOW in the blue he-l 3% would be awesome???
Walmart associates only get 2%. Equal pay not for the associates at Walmart.
Yet new management will start out at 90 and others will go to 128. Just read an article about manager raises.
