India is the most corrupt country to do business with. How many VZ director level and above are Indian? 75% at least. They get kickbacks from the Indian government and Indian contracting companies (HCL, infy, etc) for every job they take away from an American and give to an Indian.
They should just get rid techs and use contractors.
Verizon has been outsourcing since long before WFH. In the office or working from home they will outsource or rif me just the same.
