Started my search this month. First time sending out resumes in more than a decade. I can no longer trust there's any stability here.

There's no miracle coming. That isn't the business model. The business model is "how much profit can we make with as little labor as possible?" , along with "what business units can we sell?"
A miracle, I guess. I'm done waiting for it, though.
