Just another way for the top brass to hide high PSG slobs until they can retire.
It just baffles me that the ELT actually sat in a room thinking this was a good idea. Let's get back to basics of finding and producing oil & gas. Or is that too hard a topic for these people at the top.

My first impression of seeing the letters, SPD was the word, “Stupid”.

In isolation, the name also sounds subordinate to CSS which it obviously isn’t.
