In our bakery everyday some guys from the meat dept. would come and grab cookies that we handed out to kids. And on top of it they would stand there and shove it in there mouths GROSS!!!

@1gtk+1qs4EV1k, this was the common at our club until the current market manager came aboard. Clubs were instructed to cut associate relation spending. the only time snacks were to be put in the break room was if there was a corporate visit.
all clubs have people that are struggling to make ends meet. those few snacks at work could be the only thing they had that day.

Grazing.. hhmm..a long time ago , at least in my experience , Grazing was the word used to describe when associates would go by the Demo tables and grab a sample several times in a day. This thread seems to be describing theft. Theft should get you fired.

We have a break room full of snacks everyday. No need to graze. It is provided. And if you’d like something you ask and they will put some in the break room. Within reason of course.

It happens all day long. I work in fresh and associates from all other departments come by to see if there is anything to snack on. They eat croissants fresh out of the oven every day.If they want something to eat they just go to the sales floor and get it, open it up and chow down! It’s ridiculous
