OP, Darren Woods fired, PIPed, pushed out the people that knew how to do things right. Now Baytown residents hear booms all the time. This is just one of the consequences of that stupld decision. I am really surprised nothing has blown up in Baytown yet. And worse things are coming. Baytown is a ticking b0mb. Absolutely no maintenance. Everything is covered up.

BCEP is the project that put in these units the neighbors are complaining about. It was a disaster of a project, but due to poor management decisions and not the folks brought in to start it up.
