2G to 3G's - Direction from Mgmt to fire people

Management has been mandated to keep 20-30% of staff in G in at least one of the dimensions. This can be easily targeted for performance layoff ( no severance);
There are not bent on doing just this all year with plagiarizing/ taking credits of their employees and then getting rid of them without severance.
If you are a good developer don't join, if you are already there run for the hills
