A t1 tx team is down to 9 from 12 since nov and is splitting accounts among the remaining team.

I was on a similar team last year, had a few let go and then the AE’s moved to larger accounts or different groups. The AE’s (most senior) were replaced with less experienced ISR 1’s and 2’s. Worked about as well as you would expect…
Yeah consolidating and adding younger heads. It’s all part of the equation. Forces you to scale through partners.
You must be referring to T1 Commercial on the public side.
