What’s the bonus target for LL6. Is is a % of base salary? Do all LL6 have the same target? I know it’s adjusted for company and individual performance but how is target figured?

Maybe the OP does not work at Ford, and is considering an LL6 offer. Do not be so judgmental; there is nothing to hide. The annual performance bonus "target" is a fixed amount based on salary grade, and adjusted for company and individual performance.
