That's crazy all the people we laid off were old white people who didn't want to work. Everyone new luckily is young and actually willing to go the extra mile.

L3HARRIS in Clifton New Jersey will be reducing its managerial workforce by over 30 people in February. Those directly involved in touch labor such as manufacturing unionized assemblers and testers will not be affected. Union leadership was not advised of any pending layoffs among its membership. However, at least 30 possibly more salaried people will be given termination notices next month. They include production planners, depot ops people, customer service, and quality control. A small number of secretarial people may also be affected.

DEI managers don't get laid off. Underperforming managers who fall into that category are given the chance to find a new job. In Clifton, the organization suffered 3 years of steady decline under a very poor director of operations who finally left the company this past October. His successor, another dei hire who performed poorly, left the company a month later. But the damage has already been done. There will be more layoffs in the near future in Clifton. The two aforementioned managers hired a lot of people that don't know what they're doing. and the company is still stuck with them. The company faces the challenge of how to get rid of them without being called racist.

What if the poor performers are also DEI hires? Smart money says they will be spared the axe no matter how poorly they performed. As long as there are still enough anglos to serve as sacrificial lambs. That's how it's done in Clifton

Reply to Ok,

Can you share how you know/how certain you are that it will be in February? I’ve been hearing the same thing, but that it would be last year. Since it didn’t happen I was hoping they decided not to do it. :(

Yes. February, overhead chargers and managers who have no one under them or are poor performing, will be a rough month.
