Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

New Wells Fargo Ad = end your work week on Wednesday!!! Lol

Have you seen the new WF ad where they say you can get your direct deposit 2 days early? Then they have someone in the ad leaving the office on Wednesday as if it’s Friday….. That has been my recent WF experience. People come in for 3-5 hours a day 3x a week and then they are offline for a 4 day weekend…. Follow suit you’re getting laid off soon anyway…. May as well milk the system… Nobody on the BOD or in the c-suite give a rats a-s about you - just their paychecks 300 TIMES higher than most of you!!

Have a great long weekend! After all, it starts 2 days early at WF!!

If you haven't noticed, WF went ahead and opted you in for the early paycheck if you have direct posit into a wells checking. The whole concept of "early payday" is built for irresponsible people who can't manage their finances. Why would anyone need their paycheck 2 days early? If the person is living paycheck to paycheck, wouldn't they just run out of money 2 days earlier?

A lot of us are just required for X amt of hours of RTO a week for 3 days. Don't hate the players hate the game.

Actually it was the hacks that complied that ruined it for everyone. If no one showed up when RTO first started, it would have been scrapped. Hudson Yards wants us all gone, yes, but they need us for a few years to get India up and running and to automate/contract the rest of our jobs away. The time to make a stand was then. As it is, we're all getting canned anyway, and swallowing Shart's load isn't going to save you.

The spineless leaders have been trying to make WF a horrible place to work so people will quit and the company.can save money thru attrition. True leaders would have asked for volunteers to leave or they would have payed off employees in a planned and thoughtful way. Thus reducing headcount but not demoralizing EVERYONE left behind. WF has lost a lot of truly great, dedicated Team Members. Now they are left with mostly demoralized under-performers - but hey - they are mostly together in central hubs!!! Lol. Rot in greedy chaos Wells Fargo!
