Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

When Does YTR Statement come out?

Really considering an offer elsewhere (right around what I’m making now) but I’d like to see if I get a raise or not

Any raise will not even cover the cost of inflation. Only a promotion will address that and that is a rarity.

Those in Dallas will get a bigger increase. More incentive to move to Dallas.

Unless you're in an area where it changed from N2 to N3 (ie Dallas .. not sure if there's others) then your raise will be negligable 4% at most. Otherwise if your Geo Zone did change and you're below the new starting TSR (Total Salary Range) then your raise may be more substantial (placing you at that starting number). You've already qualified for the bonus from last year and that'll still be paid if you're no longer with the company.

Raise will be small. Not enough to even factor into the decision

Always expect more of the same or less, not a lot of change.
