I don't agree with it but, Petitions won't do anything lol. Nobody is forcing you to work at Dell and if you don't want to comply by their rules/policies then nothing is stopping you from leaving.
thats like asking do you want to stay home and keep getting paid while pretending to work,or would you rather commute each way and possibly really have to do something.

their company, their rules. You may disagree and think it's wrong, but once you get by the fact that it is their company and their rules, it becomes an easier pill to swallow.

Went back three days last week, trying to create a habit....tested positive for covid over the weekend. Wondering if I should go in still and spread it around like they want us to.
