Worked at Teradata for 5 years managed a product that made 60mill +/- a year with a 10-20% margin never lost $$$. HA came in and layed off all the the old white guys and replaced them with young fresh out of school women. Surprise surprise many of the women were incompetent and left teradata within 6 months to a year. (Some were good) Problem now is that all the internal knowledge needed for the role is gone. Teradata hires another women for the job and she left even faster.

Last I heard Teradata is under 500 customers. When I was shown the door there was 1200. My product had 650.

How's that DEI working out for ya? Seems to me the only ones profiting are ELT via cashing out stock options.

Wait a minute, i don't understand. Aren't these attorneys aware of the DEI initiatives underway? Isn't that the more important than, you know, revenue and profits?

Contracts for ELT grifters that caused all this are almost up. If the BoD had any nuts left in them they'd fire ELT all at once to send a message and to make it hard for them to do this again.

Unfortunately Lawyers are going to cost Teradata money to defend itself against and if they lose will cost even more money to pay out.

Anyone left, get out now. Teradatas only play at this point is to do more layoffs or maybe sell some of its buildings. But the commercial real estate market isn't very hot and where would they go? Maybe Teradata could get a loan but that just delays the inevitable and would crater the stock price.
