Was just sent my 2024 compensation sheet. What did your increase look like this year?

I am VCG, performing, got 2.5%. Lowest I've seen in over 20 years with VZ.

Higher STI, Lower Salary. After all, those super bowl commercials are very expensive

Not a direct comparison, but what are you hearing from your spouses, friends, etc.? Wondering if it’s just VZ giving the shaft or if it’s widespread.

I was leading in B2B and got 3%. A bit of a let down.

Any % is better than rebadges at Infosys.

I got 3% and know of one person that got 4.5% I got 4.5% last year and the year prior. Short changed this year.

I got 2.5% as well. Last year it was 4.5%.

BPI was terrible

Only 3% this year. Always been performing, but have seen 0% and 2% too. Inflation has not come down and it should have been 4 or more %.

I used to get 4% BPI. This year it's only 3%

The STI giveth, the BPI taketh away.

Yea, they took care of us via STI but bpi was low across the company. I'll take it for now instead of the unemployment line!!
