For the first time I went by the Schwab Westlake headquarters on Monday and during the middle of the trading day it was dead. There is no way everyone is being forced to return to the office like the other centers. Did you all get exceptions or what? This is bs

Why aren’t they getting fired???? Good people were let go who would’ve gone in without complaining!
I’m only using PTO for in office days & scheduling all dr visits, etc. similarly.
People aren’t showing up. Excuses, refusals, illness, PTO planned for days they’d normally be in. I’d say 60% if seats are filled now daily vs 30% prior.
