I get it that they want to make some people come back. But I also see it’s completely inefficient the way they are going about it. What’s the point of bringing back the whole WFH teams that’ve been working like that for years? If someone performs well at their home, why drag that person into offices, with all the cost for that person that comes with it? Ok, we silently agreed in this country that we all are just a resource, but this is resource mismanagement. The only conclusion I am left with is that they are either incompetent or want us all gone. Or both?

You yahoos every other week predict mass layoffs then now all of a sudden dell is too cheap to layoff.
Yes, I believe the main idea is to reduce employees and company doesn't need to fire them ...this is happening in many companies
