If your bonus target is 15% and you got 14% you did well. They did not fund fully this year. And they did not fund at 14%.

Level 14 Corp RCA: 3.5% merit, 90% AIP, 100% LTI
RCA goals are gray at best so how much is given is all up to the interpretation or financial goal of the Manager. Glad my ineffective manager got let go in Q3 2023. New manager gave me more credit for my soft skills (team player, willingness to help other teammates achieve their objectives, being able to be a leader or follower based on job needs, etc) which helped.

Gr 15 Got ~15% of my bonus, lame raise and not All of my LTI.

It doesn’t matter if I bust my a-s or phone it in.

But I will bet the shareholders approve Andy’s comp package this year. If you want to know what he makes find the proxy statement or annual report on ir.usbank.com in the voter materials.

Prepare to lose your lunch.

Only grade level 11 and up get a bonus but lower 11-12 get barely anything. It goes up from grade 14 where they get decent bonuses. It’s set up to discriminate based on grade level.

Received just over a 4% raise. I thought the company eliminated bonuses a few years ago, I wasn't aware employees were still getting them. I haven't had a bonus in at least 2-3 years.

You nearly make yourself sick accomplishing a herculean task. The other team member that should have shared the workload..quits. You push hard to get the work done, because hey it's high priority for the business. You get praises, an excellent performance review. And then give a generic 3% merit increases. What's the point ?

It seems Payments only allotted 2% merit for everyone. No matter how hard you’ve worked. Now they are asking to set goals for 2024. Not setting any goals if all they are doing is straight 2% for everybody. What’s the incentive here.

Love the irony that the intranet letting me know that the 20th is the last day to change my 401k contributions to adjust for the payout of my bonus but my manager has till the 22nd to give me the details.

I got 2.8% raise, 13.3% of my target bonus, and all my LTI. I have been at the company less than a year.

I'm the guy who was annoyed how slow my manager was in communicating.

Got 2.15% and AIP 15% versus 4.5% and 22% last year. LTI was unchanged.

Our bonuses were taken away a few years ago and it is a straight 3% raise no matter how good you are at your job. Booo!

I was told by our regional manager who is in my office that my direct manager (who is out of state) would be communicating to us by today. Not holding my breath, I'm assuming the longer it takes the more disappointing it will be.

Full transparency the last two years were pretty good for me... I wouldn't even be that upset if there's a little bit of contraction but the annoyance is once a manager has the info the priority should be to communicate it.

Rated extraordinary performance and target bonus of 15% ended up at 14%. So not even full bonus with best marks from management. Raise at 3.5%

Seems some departments do better on raises. Payments seems to lack and lowball. Mine was at 2%.

4% raise with decent AIP and LTI. I was not rated a 1 for what it’s worth.

It was depressing 2% raise and 4% bonus. It feels awful since I put in a lot of effort, juggling multiple jobs and this is what I got.

My LTI was spot on target but my API was kind of a joke.

My manager told me back in December during annual review to not expect much. He apologized for the company lying to us making us think we will get a decent bonus

Why offer a target when it’s never close

From what I’m hearing/seeing bonuses and raises won’t be good. Our manager apologized in advance, that’s never good..
