That will solve 90% of our problems. We can deal with the remaining 10% once we have competent leadership.

Since I’ve been here, anyone that joins Nike is touted as “top notch talent”. That’s blowing smoke up our own rear end. You need to be motivated, constantly innovating to be considered top talent.
Few people I work with I would say that get the title of top tier talent, and that’s including myself. I’ve taken plays off because I don’t see the value of dealing with the hassle of pushing our LT to change their direction.
What about the toxic, entitled workforce?
