Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

ServiceNow

Whoever signed off on giving that company millions of dollars to create simplified ticketing systems should be fired.

That company ServiceNow is the biggest ripoff I’ve ever seen.

ServiceNow ‘s foray into ATT’s mismanagement may be their undoing. Seriously.
They over promised and under delivered but it’s ATT’s leadership who is at fault.
Leadership should not have given ServiceNow carte blanch to do whatever they wanted with our legacy platforms.

Did leadership know that ServiceNow didn’t know anything about our Systems before signing the contract? That’s probably the biggest red flag in the whole entire deal.

We don’t really know what was spent or saved using service now but we should commend leadership for trying and thinking outside of the box since this is a startup company developed by forward thinking people

An audit should be conducted to prove once and for all if money was wasted.

Let’s stop saying millions of DOLLARS were wasted unless you’re procurement.
Who knows what it cost and if money was saved by using their platforms.

Unless YOU directly signed THE Contract deal don’t say millions and billions of dollars were spent and wasted!!

Our Service Now project was cancelled by Legg after millions of dollars were spent. We have nothing to show for it and now it’s cancelled.

Where is everyone getting their misinformation????? ServiceNow wasn’t “given” anything!

They’re awarded a contract to streamline outdated platforms.

Lots of hand wringing about this but never fear- They will probably get another ten million dollars to improve their already poor performance

this is under the guidance of Legg/Chewning infamous Scaled Agile coaches, resulting many, many, many Agile train crashes, constantly replanning....them figure heads with Legg/Chewning have no idea what's going on; they need to disappear too.

It’s going to cost more money when ATT eventually has to replace servicenow’s system with a better system. Shortsighted. The itap replacement needs a lot of work. Itap replaced mots and isn’t up to the task

BINGO, exactly ServiceNow is the heart of ATT's mega initiative "Ticket to Ride" program on integrating all ATT's ticketing systems.....it wasted $$$millions and it's a TOTAL FAILURE!!!!

The executives were fooled into thinking that service now was an answer to their prayers. They replaced our Itrack system with a very generic ticketing page. Total cost was in the millions!!!!

What I don’t understand is why people aren’t held accountable for wasting $$$$ dollars like that.
