I'm both out of a job and in a job at the same time. Heard my manager was affected by the LR's this afternoon, confirmed when all 1:1's and team meetings were cancelled but still no word from him or anyone else. No idea if I'm affected yet..

Sounds like you'll be reporting to your boss's boss, at least until a new replacement is found or they decide where to laterally move you to a different boss/team that was at the same level as your boss.
If you were impacted, usually your boss would be telling you and then once s/he's competed their LR notifications to their reports, they'd get their own notification from their boss. Although it's possible that the boss's boss just handles all of the notifications.
Our team got an all-clear saying that if you hadn't been notified yet, you were safe as all notifications had gone out. There were other teams/groups in our BU that had impacts, but everyone from our Sr Director down were in the clear at this time.
Maybe you'll get the best of all worlds...
