Based on 2 weeks per year served? Heard so many rumors trying to understand what it will actually be, as someone who knows they will be impacted next week.
2 months notice, and average length of severance
Where you getting 6 months pay from?
10k people at 50% productivity is more costly than 2k being laid off and paid for 6 months to give 0%.
Stringing this out until Q4 Will really increase productivity too.
