Any update on timing? Will the FTC drag their feet and this thing close next year? Or will we grease the wheels?

Drop the hammer as in no, from the FTC?
XOM rats and their Pioneer simps are scurrying around here already under the assumption that the deal will close in early May. The FTC will drop the hammer soon, just watch.
