Just wanted you to know that you can do this. The last week has been absolutely brutal for me, looking for an outlet, a way to soothe and escape.
The coming weeks won’t be easier but we can do this.
You can lose a job and find another job, but your health and happiness are what will keep you alive.
Please take care of yourselves and remember that you are loved.

No matter what, I know that I've been through far worse and I can handle what comes next. Wishing strength to my co-workers in recovery, hoping we all use the resources we have to get through this tough time. One day at a time, you are all in my thoughts as we get through this.
Meetings meetings meetings. Exercise. Community. Remember: the opposite of addiction is connection.
One day, one hour, one minute at a time. Went to a meeting yesterday and the topic was fear. A great reminder to be present in the now, not focused on the what ifs, and to continue to reach out to others trudging the road. Hang in there.
Appreciate this post. Been in recovery for many years. Just was on a zoom meeting and the topic was “don’t drink/dr-g no matter what”. We can get through this sh---y time without using. It won’t make anything better but will certainly make it much, much worse. One day at a time. 🙏
We are all here to help each other one day at a time.
