If he was personally taking accountability think of how many jobs he could save by taking a $0.01 salary, even for just a single year.
Accountable persons should be first let go ? Why not lead the change?! Why sacrifise innocent employees for failure of leadership? This will be beginning of end if employees well being is not considered and just laid off over time! Brand value will be doomed! Lay offs are not solution for revenue generation failure! Hope this will be last layoff in coming years!
