Can confirm myself and two others were impacted from our team in Security/Umbrella.
Ottawa has so many useless PEs it's a joke. Some engineering VP must have quite the payroll.
Should also point out Canadian labour laws have changed significantly recently. The packages I've seen listed here aren't actually all that good by Canadian standards, so if you're given an offer, maybe consult with an employment lawyer.
