Give me the severance package. The phony messages about new direction, stream lining, getting after it etc from leaders that know they are safe is depressing today.
Those leaders will be doing nothing except pushing their teams to make themselves look good. Same old, same old.

A lot of people wish there was an option. Back in the day this company was great. Now it is toxic and soulless. Personally I think it started with the layoff prior to JD and JD just continued to drive it in the ground. His message for CDA is the same for this round. I thought CDA was his great strategy savior? Why would anyone believe his inauthentic uninspiring messages

There is not and never will be an option to voluntarily elect severance. Nike’s leadership would never want to give us that much control and there would probably be too many takers anyways

There is not as I have tried with my manager and HR. No layoff for any that want to be cut.
