Nothing has changed apart from merit increases being communicated because of the upcoming layoffs. Employees have never received their letters until the 27th unless their People Leader provides it. There are no 5's or 4's and there hasn't been since the PeopleSoft days. Not Rated (only for new employees with little service), Needs Improvement, Successful Performance (majority), high performance and exceptional. No quota anymore but the higher ups make the call and limit the high and exceptional. 2024 standards are changing, no multiplier increases with high and exceptional. Too many people commenting are either ex employees from years ago or don't work for Enbridge because they clearly don't know what's what. Also it's when "do" compensation letters go out, not when "to".

I heard they can only give out a certain number of 5s, certain number of 4s for performance ratings, there's like quotas. Can anyone provide more info on this and what you've seen?

Only people leaders can see the letters Feb 16-23, to give them time to present to staff. Employees can see theirs after that.
