How long will it take for this to catch on? 3 day RTO but not Mon/Fri

I read it as employees can WFH Friday, but if they do, they can't WFH the following Monday. If they are in the office Friday, they can WFH the following Monday. Some departments at BofA already implement this. Firms don't want everyone just coming in Tuesday/Wed/Thurs, and don't want the office empty on Fridays.
Just HR trying to micromanage where people are sitting. They are trying to prop up corporate real estate same as fidelity is doing in boston. No one taught these financial institutions about sunk costs. Don’t punish your employees for stupid investments. Embrace technology.
