Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

At the end of the day, you are potential unlocked. For all of the complaints on this board the real lack of mention is the outstanding work ethics and drive almost all of us witness in our day-to-day peer environment. Most teams are scrappers that dig in with the potential they've unlocked to be the best that they can be wherever they are. Some of us are not as challenged and hold that potential back and maybe that's the voice of those that are complaining on this board. But some of us, like myself, see that we are privileged to work with great people that are intelligent, clever and authentic, showing up for the team, day in-day out, zoom to office, outside and inside of a pandemic. Teams balancing the chaos of change, new hires sprinting from the start line to keep pace with the buzz. Not a lot of training but who thought they'd fail? We figure it the F out. Anyone leaving Nike is an asset to anything they choose to invest their future in. What can't we handle? Please, Nike will be losing the ferocious, informed veterans of a corporate giant that chews through change like champs. What will you continue to do with your unlocked potential? Don't fear the unknown, run into it with the fire that's lit.
