DA, FK and JH have been architecting the new GT org structure for months. The new structure will of course be heavily influenced by DA and who he likes - so think CMT people will be protected. This is of course makes no sense given DA is resp for Adobe implementation which has been a failure, but he is not wearing it, poor KM did and got canned. All the people smarter than him he got rid of on Friday including JH and others.
You can expect the useless overhead of TPMO, PMO and DT be significantly reduced. Given all the redundancy. Hopefully they will see the incompetency of AVM and the various SrDrs like JA, JS, NP who do nothing but make meaningless decks and run STPR meetings where no decisions are made.
hopefully the new CTO will be able to fix GT in wave 2 and DA's favoritism. Maybe we can finally stop $$ going out the door for a stupid ERP upgrade that has taken 10+ years.
