Tomorrow might be a bad day for many of us… including me. I don’t want to be depressed if something bad happens. Instead, planning to do something fun in the evening, like getting drunk or trying edibles for the first time. :) Do you have any such plans?

Don't do edibles man it will just make you anxious as sh-t if you're new to it. This is from a weekly user.

The day to celebrate is when you realize you stopped checking your phone for work communications. It is also fun to realize that you don’t have to go to that annoying meeting anymore. Also, if you can afford it max out your 401k contributions while you are still in the payroll.
Please don't drink and try edibles....unless you have a reliable ride home or to the ER. Take it easy bro.
Weed isn’t a dr-g.
Planning on a long run plus something comforting for dinner.
I’m sober so no dr-gs or drinking.
Start out with just 5 m of edibles if you do. It’s definitely one thing to cut loose, but don’t start a dr-g an alcohol habit AND be unemployed.. :-/
Do not a dr-g for the first time after getting laid off. Make a plan for fun with friends.
Xanax works like a charm. Taking one for every meeting invite that I receive.

I agree with the last post, but just implement some drinking and dr-gs to the meditation!
You can also try some meditation and breathing exercises. Will help in long term as well. Though I agree it’s easier said than done.

Definitely recommend the edibles over getting drunk - don't want to get in a downward spiral with depressives in a moment like this
