Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

Lay off started again today, 3/18/2024.

My entire department in Healthcare Services was eliminated today. Immediately lost access to the network so I could not talk to anyone or even check job listing.

The WARN Act doesn't include employees who work permanently from home. It only applies to mobile workers and outstationed employees. Molina is reducing staff in all existing markets and shared services.

This needs more details. What state? Most states they have a duty to warn. This did not occur in my state, so the "this happened in all states" comment is false.

The California healthcare plan is giving us very ominous messages about our numbers and productivity and he have been slammed and drowning in work. Something is definitely rotted in Denmark. Anyone else having any details, intel…..?

It looks like it happened at all state levels. Yet no one gives us true reasons other than 'consolidation' and now staff left behind have high number of members to attempt to manage.

Dense leadership.

The leadership teams don't give a damn about employees or members.
