More empty update from Athina this morning. Seriously end of April before they finally make announcements...wow! Add to that empty update, HR is now requesting "role charter". Pretty sure "role charter" = role justification. If you haven't already polished up your resume, it's time to get crack'in.

It is happening. Several people let go today within the S&T org.
This is the exact same script that happened two years ago.
Phase 1 - First comes early retirement package offers followed by dead silence as HR crunches the numbers and determines the additional head-count reduction needed to hit their cost savings goals.
Phase 2 - Three months later come promotions and lateral moves for the high performers and role justifications for the proletariat. Like me, I'm sure you've seen plenty of moves in your Linkedin feeds (We are here)
Phase 3 - Naturally, layoffs follow soon thereafter for those deemed expendible.
