Yes Williams Trading did say this but it was 1 qtr ago and they are just holding. And, Williams Trading is the 2nd lowest of the 38 Financial Analysts estimates that follow Nike. That said, Sam Poser from Williams Trading has been following us and on our Earnings calls for as long as I've been listening. And, he called us out almost 2 yrs ago for letting too many of our long term product creation talent and waning innovation pipeline. He was among the first to call us out before it showed up everywhere else. 61% of the 38 analysts still have us at a buy with the highest giving us a 12 month price target of $142. Ok, now how I really feel. Sam may be right. He has been thus far. I can't imagine us dropping to $85. But, I also can't believe the free fall from $174 in Nov'21. 44% decline under JD. Can't believe share holders aren't pressuring the board for a change.

Williams Trading downgraded Nike (NKE) to Sell from Hold with a price target of $85, down from $92. "Nike's strength continues to diminish," the firm says, adding that it believes "consultants, rather than Nike experts are leading strategy decisions, senior leaders are too dogmatic, and do not welcome all opinions.

Big yikes.
