Completely random , but has anyone YouTube had a safety lock forced on, asking because I listen to podcast while I’m working and now I can’t watch anything.

This is just Zscaler malfunctioning. Reinstall Zscaler agent and restricted mode will turn off again. Nothing malicious. It's been going on for a while now.
