I've heard the exact same thing....from a former CHNG executive. The Feds need to crawl all over this mess ASAP.
Seems the vulnerability was identified prior to the acquisition, but UHG blocked all information regarding the vulnerability so they could fast track the deal...per a former CHNG IT person.
