Dont waste your time. Investigations are a joke. The main thing tms n store leadership focus is trying to find out who made the call. They dont care bout the problem. If complaints are bout leadership, nothing will happen. Once they find out who it was, they cut their hours n increase workload. And no more being nice to you.

So here is something off topic but I have an Astl at our store that has stated that we are the only wfm that doesn’t fill the pastry case in the am with floor items one two or three days old am I missing something this doesn’t align with the core value of best quality product we can provide any thought on this
You are not going to get rich working at WF. Just clock in and do the work. Clock out and go home and don't let it bother you. It's only a minimum wage job. These types of jobs are easy to find. The BS at WF is everywhere and not restricted to one location. Why do you think the turnover is so high at WF? At my location, it's like a revolving door. New faces just about every day. My supervisor and the astl are like d-mb and d-mber. Of course if they were normal, they would probably be working elsewhere.
I kind of agree with those two posts you think are in leadership. Don't take this the wrong way, but you seem like you don't have thick enough skin to do your job. Unless you are getting harassed or being treated unfairly, you should probably talk to your STL or TMS rep in person.
Massive bots on this site!
Cowards? Ok so i complain to stl directly bout their favorite useless pet n you think thats going to work? All stls astls have their pets. They will not b punished no matter what they do. And the entire store knws. One stl was sleeping with a tm, tip line was called n guess wat? Stl still kept the job.
"If things get too tough, just quit" "People who use the tip line are cowards"
Seriously? I am guessing you two are members of leadership. Also, guessing you both have had complaints made against you.
i have actually seen STL's fired or being forced to step down due to the tip line...and more than a few astl's go down....interesting that most of the astls and one of the stls were for nepotism and sleeping with team members in the store....the tip line was an important step in most of these cases...
Tiplines everywhere (not just at Whole Foods) are useless. I'm surprised people even consider that. Like - has that made any difference for anybody? If things get too tough, just quit. Not hard to find another minimum wage job. Or else stay put and do as little as possible. I'm noticing people doing less and less as morale gets worse. A lot of TMS are d-mb and lazy. The smart ones end up leaving to work elsewhere because they actually want to have a career in this field. The ones who stay pretty much are not ambitious and just "hang out" after they clock in. Any one can get promoted but choose not to because it's not worth all the extra work for a few pennies more.
People who use the tipline are a cowards. Typically a TM has a grudge against someone and stirs up trouble. Yes, I think the tipline has some value, but for the most part, it seems like it is abused by TMs who have grudges against leadership. If you call the tipline besides harassment concerns, you are a big p*ssy.
