Yes that fits his vibe, but with his casual side to conversation and leadership, it’s more of a: “Ya, Man. Relax, it’s like… no worries.” My guess is that he lasts 8 months before appointment at GE or consulting work.

Coleman is too in-experienced for the role! Right place right time due to the push for getting more minorities in leadership roles! He is a polite person … just not the right person for such a critical division for the company!
